Why this exists
Coding agents can create software quickly, but production still has sharp edges: repository access, server credentials, secrets, health checks, logs, and rollback. Alkimist gives those agents a controlled deployment surface while keeping a human in charge of infrastructure.
Who it is for
Alkimist is focused on solo builders, small development teams, and agencies that deploy multiple client applications to client-owned or team-owned VPS infrastructure. It is not trying to replace a hyperscale cloud or hide every operational decision.
How it is run
The product is currently founder-operated. That means direct feedback and fast iteration, but it also means Alkimist does not claim a large support organization or certifications it does not have. Questions and candid feedback are welcome at [email protected].
